Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your Trendy Data Visibility subscription at any time through your billing page or by contacting us at info@trendydatavisibility.com

Monthly Subscriptions

When you cancel, you'll retain access to your dashboard and all connected integrations until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.

Annual Subscriptions

Cancellation stops auto-renewal at the end of your annual term. You'll continue to have full access until your subscription period ends.

Refund Policy

MONTHLY

Non-refundable

Since you can cancel at any time without penalty and retain access for the remainder of your billing period, we do not offer refunds for partial months.

ANNUAL

7-day money-back guarantee

If you cancel within the first 7 days of your initial annual subscription, you may request a full refund. After 7 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable, but you will retain access until the end of your subscription term.

TRIAL

No charge

If you cancel during your free trial period, you will not be charged.

Navigate to your Billing page

Click "Cancel"

Alternatively, email us atinfo@trendydatavisibility.comand we'll process your cancellation within 2 business days.

Refund Requests

To request a refund (where eligible), email info@trendydatavisibility.com with your account details. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
