You may cancel your Trendy Data Visibility subscription at any time through your billing page or by contacting us at info@trendydatavisibility.com
During Free Trial
Cancel anytime during your 7-day trial and you won't be charged. Your access continues until the trial period ends.
Subscriptions (After Trial)
When you cancel, you'll retain access to your dashboard and all connected integrations until the end of your billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.
Refund Policy
No charge during trial
If you cancel during your 7-day free trial period, you will not be charged anything. No refund is necessary as no payment has been made.
Non-refundable after trial
Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. However, you can cancel at any time and retain access for the remainder of your billing period.
Extended 14-day satisfaction guarantee
Your first annual subscription has a 7-day money back guarantee after the 7-day free trial.
After day 14: The money-back guarantee expires and your subscription becomes non-refundable. You will retain full access until the end of your annual term if you choose to cancel.

Navigate to your Billing page
Click "Cancel Subscription"
Refund Requests
To request a refund (where eligible), email info@trendydatavisibility.com with your account details. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
